Booking conditions
A contract is sent with your details and our general rental conditions. The booking will be considered final only after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total stay.
The balance of the rent must be paid 15 days before arrival.
Deposit on arrival: 700 € per apartment, returned after inventory.
Terms of cancelation
In case of cancellation, the deposit remains acquired by the owner. For any cancellation between 30 days and 16 days before key collection, 50% of the total stay is due to the lessor. For any cancellation between 15 days and the day of handing over the keys, the entire stay is due. The amount of the deposit already received will be deducted from the sums due.
